Our story
In 2021, Assisting Work launched.
A simple idea: pass jobs between people. One post. Then two. Then hundreds.
Five years later the community had grown to 165,000 creatives. More than 62,000 jobs shared. Eight million monthly views. No marketing. No original content. Just people looking for one another.
It proved something obvious, once you see it. People want to find each other. Talent and work are everywhere. What was missing is the infrastructure.
indstry is that infrastructure. Built from inside the industry. Shaped by the community that grew it. And Assisting Work is its front door: the place the community posts work, watches the day's jobs, and finds the people behind them.
